Contributing to Amazon’s GenAI and automation initiatives by building an agentic platform that reduces cloud support overhead and automates complex operational workflows via Amazon Q and other channels. Led the observability platform for large-scale robotic fleets. Built secure, real-time streaming telemetry pipelines enabling actionable insights and early fault detection.

Designed and shipped an end-to-end REST API monitoring platform in Go, containerized and deployed to GKE with authN/Z. Drove horizontal/vertical scaling by migrating from Prometheus to VictoriaMetrics to improve efficiency of real-time metrics ingestion and monitoring for robot applications.
